Welcome to the new website of The Alpine Cookery Course, we hope you enjoy looking through it.

The Alpine Cookery Course is the first and arguably the best chalet cookery course available.  The course was set up 2 years ago by Susie Burt and Emma Tudor Hughes to provide a cookery courses for chalet hosts, which was actually based in the Alps.  Our course will fully prepare you to take on a ski season with not only great cookery skills but knowledge on what it is actually like to live and work in a resort.

Our courses are based in the beautiful alpine resort of Chamonix, a mecca for skiers in the winter and a bustling alpine town in the summer months.  We use the beautiful Chalet Jumelles as our base for the course, which offers top quality accommodation and excellent kitchen facilities; along with the most amazing view of Mont Blanc!

We also offer a recruitment service on completion of the course.  We aim to train you so that you have a choice of good employers wanting to recruit you. We have strong links with tour operators and invite them to meet you whilst you are in Chamonix.
