We aim pass on our thirty years of extensive knowledge and experience in the ski industry to help you find your dream job in a ski resort.
From the moment you book on The Alpine Cookery Course we will assist you with job applications C.V’ s and helping you secure the right ski job for you in the right resort.
We have an unrivalled ratio of eight students to two tutors on every course.
The course is crammed with information, demonstrations and hands on cooking.
Our theory sessions will prepare you for all aspects of chalet life including topics such as dietary requirements, budgeting, menu planning and time saving tips.
During the course you will improve your cookery skills so that you can confidently cook a weekly chalet menu at altitude with local ingredients in a real chalet environment.
The accommodation is outstanding and luxurious, with all linen, toiletries and use of the sauna included along with the stunning views of Mont Blanc from the dining room.
Previous students have successfully completed winter seasons with companies such as Ski Total, TUI, Ski Olympic and other well know holiday operators. Many students have even gone on to start their own private chalet companies, and some come on the course just for fun or simply to improve their cooking skills plus and soak in the great alpine atmosphere.
You will still have some free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Chamonix and any outdoor activities you fancy or just a spot of shopping or relaxing in the sun.
Finally, not to miss is our famous wine and cheese evening which is one of the highlights the week.
